AT THE TUCUMCARI, NM ALL BREEDS BULL TEST!

IN 2001-2002, OUR PEN OF RED ANGUS HAD THE HIGHEST AVERAGE DAILY GAIN AND WEIGHT PER DAY OF AGE OF ALL NINE BREEDS ON TEST - AND THE HIGHEST MARBLING SCORES!  IN 2002-2003, OUR PEN OF RED ANGUS HAD THE HIGHEST FEED EFFICIENCY OF ALL PENS!

   Bulls are for sale by private treaty year-round.  Long yearling bulls retained for use in our herd are available after October 1st.  After weaning, the bull calves are evaluated for performance and conformation.
Those not meeting our strict criteria are separated and fed out for beef.  

/D3 and TC provided  the foundation bulls for the King Ranch "Santa Cruz"  breed in south Texas!		/D3 was the first New Mexico Red Angus breeder to export  Red Angus bulls to Sonora, Mexico!
